Hotel rajya mein room theek tha lekin bathroom mein sabhi nalon se pani tapak rah a tha sis-ton se pani nah-in a rah a tha jate bhi theek kam nah-in kaur rah a tha kahane ke bad bhi koi parvah nah-in ki gai aaj se pahle hotel leas ki performance kafi acchi thi lekin is samey utani hi kharab hai

It's average good for a one-day stay. All services are good. Cleaning is good. The room size is small but for one person it is ok.

Room bathroom very bad service very bad. Internet is not working in the room. Water bottle is not being given for free.

Proper facilities and essential things were provided in the room,

Not provide bathroom towels, extra bed, no resturent service soo much bad hotel.

Raj hotel location is good but rooms are in very worst For such rooms is too much,for such rooms700 per nigh is sufficient.

Good & comfortable stay. Specially i would like to thanks mr s k tiwari (manager) for his polite & professionally supportive nature. It's located centrally near to charbagh railway station

Staff is very helpful and receptionist is very good and even ground staff is also very good

Safety standards were poor. There was no one wearing masks, no temperature checks. Washroom, corridor and balcony was dirty. Room was smelling bad. Service was very poor. Not advisable to take complementary breakfast, better to take it from outside. Overall a bad experiance.

Average facility, not cleaning and not good service.

Very poor and cheap hotel. I'm surprised how MMT recommend this kind of hotel to customers. Pathetic breakfast. I stayed 3 days and they didn't change the bedsheets. I consume 2 bottle of water and they charge it. In my knowledge this is the first hotel who charge for water. Pathetic experience.

Clean neat bed sheets quilt and pillows staff is very cooperative over all nice Hotel. They should at least get oiling done in hinges of doors and take care of windows

The manager named Lala Tiwari is very rude, did not allow to book cab independently, forced to book through him so that he gets commission, the cab that I called, he fought with the driver and sent him off, was late for work due to this, at last I had to book the cab through him which was much higher in rate, very rude and idiotic person

The manager whose name is Lala Tiwari is very manner-less and rude.

Good location. Average rooms. Neat and clean place.

Good Hotel and good staff I like to stay here

Stayed here are most hotels were sold out due to Defence expo. A huge rat turned up in the room. They changed my room to another’s one but the washroom was super dirty. Got it cleaned and managed to stay two nights somehow. I would have rated poor, but the staff was helpful and accommodating so rating average.
