Super Hotel O SGPGI

There was a lot of cleaning issue; spider webs were to the walls.As soon as I entered the room, I started sneezing.

Good morning Stay in this hotel is not good, staff experience is very bad, house keeping is very bad, cleanliness is very Big issue, blanket is very dirty and smelling, bed sheet also not replaced .

Location was good as it was near to PGI and cleanliness was also good but the main issue is the power back up in this summer time they did not have any power back up source at the time of electricity cut and whenever the electricity cut they whole building went dark without any light. Very uncomfortable with family

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were poorly maintained, giving an overall impression of neglect. The cleanliness standards were far below acceptable—especially concerning the bedding. The bedsheets and pillows were visibly dirty, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that proper housekeeping protocols are not being followed. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and decently kept room. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even the most basic expectations of comfort or hygiene. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

Location was very good, easily accessible. Room cleanliness was average but wash room were renovated and good. Rooms were average but staff was very good and helpful

First hotel name is wrong. In ground hotel name is deferent. Room quility is very bad. Waist of Money.

It was easy to find the property’s location,there was no kitchen for food but you can order easily..amenities were also good and staff were polite and helpful.

Not clean. Name of property different than the one mentioned. No breakfast... Room not clean and not worth the three star reviews described to it. Tea was available that also after 40 min..,,

Bed sheet was not cleaned, no towel provided and the room provided was also not good. Overall average experience for this hotel. If you are traveling alone then this is good otherwise i wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. They don't have an in house kitchen as well if you want to have something then you need to visit outside but location wise hotel place is good.

Room Number: 107 My stay at Hotel O SGPGI near SGPGI Lucknow was beyond disappointing. This place should not even qualify as a hotel given the appalling state of the facilities. 1. Hygiene Level Beyond Poor: The room was a nightmare. The bed sheets were dirty, the pillows were stained, and the towel provided looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. It was unhygienic and revolting. 2. Non-Functional Bathroom: The bathroom door didn’t lock, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. When I requested a room change, the so-called caretaker, a young boy around 20-22 years old, casually dismissed the issue, saying the room couldn’t be changed. 3. Moist and Dirty Walls: The walls of the room were damp and covered with dirt. The musty smell made it even harder to stay in the room for more than a few minutes at a time. 4. Jammed Doors: The doors were jammed and extremely difficult to open or close. It felt like the entire property was falling apart. 5. Asked for mosquito repellent for which they denied so I had to buy one from the market nearby!! This place is a disaster in every way possible. If you’re planning a stay near SGPGI, I strongly urge you to look for alternatives. Avoid Hotel O SGPGI formerly Nataraj Inn at all costs unless you want your trip ruined

excellent service and accommodation and room conditions were very neat and clean staff was very supportive

The washroom was the worst and the facilities were also not good. But if you want to get worst facilities you can go for this.
