The property's food was good, As per my convenience the location is great and time saving to reach my workplace it is on the main road 10 minutes away from the railway station. Without discount it was 7500 for two nights for a super deluxe room, which was not worth it and Afcourse it was nicely cleaned.

2. Incorrect Location: The hotel’s actual location is different from the one mentioned on your platform. We had to face significant inconvenience in finding the place, and the surroundings are entirely different from what was shown online. 3. Poor Room and Hygiene Conditions: The bathroom is smelly, unclean, and poorly maintained. The rooms are not properly done, far below the standard expected 4. Safety Concerns: The room allotted to us is on the terrace, with no security whatsoever. The windows are not properly hinged, which raises serious safety and privacy concerns. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like we have been by information on your platform • Take appropriate action against the propertyse • ation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.

Poor service, fan was not running, other services like bad quality of milk powder supplied and after saying agin and again waited for my bill at 4 a.m. when I was checking out. It was a very bad experience to stay there. I faced lot of problems in 2 days stay like fan was not running and I was forced to spent 2 days in AC temperature which doesn't not suit to my body. Bad quality of milk powder supplied in the room, faced continuous sound in washroom which was very much irritating. Waited too long for my bill at reception in the morning at 4 a.m. when I was ready to check out even after I said again and again in the evening of prior day to check out. Very very bad experience I faced there.

The property is not being maintained properly. Morning tea is available only after 8 AM which is too late. Next day cleaning is not proper. The toiletries are also not being provided as per no of guests in a room

Location wise the hotel is well situated! Staff were friendly. Only thing was not good was the washroom! It was majorly leaking. Though the Manager suggested that we could change the room! Still they should properly check before check in of guests! It’s cumbersome to keep on switching rooms once all unpacking is done!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was exceptionally delicious every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The restaurant ambiance was excellent, creating a pleasant and relaxing dining experience. Overall, everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

My recent stay at Tekarees Inn was comfortable. The food was good, the staff was courteous. I enjoyed my stay this time also at Tekarees.

It was a neat and clean place, The staff's behaviour was also very good, room service (food orders) is also very good

at the time of booking, it clearly mentioned that breakfast was included in our package. However, when we went for breakfast in the morning, the staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing. They treated us as if we were eating for free, which was very disrespectful. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable and valued, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude left a very negative impression on our stay. Even if breakfast is complimentary, it is part of the package we paid for, and guests should be treated with dignity and respect. I strongly request the hotel management to look into this matter and train the staff accordingly so that future guests do not face such unpleasant experiences.
