Room was fine but not the best. Some furniture’s were and some were old. But room service was very slow. Needed to call 3-4 time to track a single order.

Not a acceptable experience
Food was fine but service wasn't good. I ordered some fruits and they were literally rotten. Dinner was fine but breakfast wasn't, during the morning meal there wasn't even much space to eat and less chairs were available, only 4-5 persons were able to sit during breakfast at a time.

Very disrespectful and arrogant staff. Giving 2 pm check in and will charge extra even if you want room 10 minutes before 2 pm. Not properly sanitized and cleaned. They don't even water. Very disappointing hospitality

soloNakshatra Hotel is conveniently located just besides main ring road of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. It is easy to find location. Hotel was clean and spacious with hygienic room. whatsoever pictures were posted by property were matching to details on actual. Location of hotel is well in market place and it is easy to find all required by visitors in vicinity. Hotel staff specially room service was prompt and food was good. It might have been better if secure car parking was provided by property rather asking guest to park car at road or roadside.
