Good and budget friendly stay in Lucknow. Staff is very nice and well behaved

I spent 4 nights in the hotel and it was quite a pleasant stay. The staff are polite and attentive. Overall a nice experience.

It was good experience of stay with galaxy international.

Very bad experience. No mirror in bathroom. Telephone was disconnected. Kitchen service was hopeless.

Rooms are spacious. Location is good. Cabs and other transportation is easily available.

Missing amenities: WiFi, safe, dustbin, electric kettle, alarm clock, bathtub, heater, shower cap (these all amenities were mentioned when I booked the room) Guy at reception said he don't provide these things, MMT put these list itself. WiFi only working at reception to fool customers, not in rooms.

Staff not good, dirty room, bad behaviour, not helpful

It's so so when you enter in hotel. You'll feel little bit suffocation i'm rooms

Location was bad, food was good and service was okay

Food, location and staff behavior was very good.
Blanket provided initially was not of good quality. Later on request, changed the blanket. Bedsheet was very old and holes were there. In room there was only a small soap and one towel was provided. No heater was available.

This Hotel is a Family Hotel with very clean rooms and it's very near to Charbagh Railway Station. Rooms are big and value for money. Staff was very friendly. We had a booking from 12 pm however we reached early. We were provided our room at no extra cost.
