I checked in at this hotel to room number 101, toilet water was leaking on the floor, no toilet paper, no cloth hangers, no dust bin and no towel! They moved me to room number 103 with all the above problems except toilet was ok. I tried AC inverter but it did not give any heat, so I had to stay in cold room. They never offered to clean the room. Basically, hotel staff don’t fulfil basic needs of even a 2 star hotel, unless you ask! Approach street to this location is in terrible condition with potholes etc. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, taxi is the only option. Oh yes, no rooms have any window! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.👎 also bedsheets and pillow cover had stains because no table in the room, forcing people to eat on the bed

Service was good and the room was clean but the bedsheet and blanket cover was not changed when we checked in as it had stains and they charged double for the water bottle of 500ml in the name of service charge.

It's was pathetic stay. When we reached they don't have parking, we needed to park on road. The lobby area have lots of mosquitos. When we reached room it's was all sticking with the thinner used in paints, so much that our eyes started hurting. The kids were in very bad shape and started crying. Our room was on top floor and it's was terribly hot. It took around 30 min after turning on ac to lower the temp little bit. The worst thing was around 2. 45 am in morning the power went off. When i called then they said some issue and they are fixing it, will take around 5 min, which never happened. After 2-3 calls they switched off the phone. My entire family had a terrible time for almost 40 min and every one sleep got disturbed. At the end i went downstairs and found the caretaker and guard struggling with fuse. After watching for 5 min i myself fixed the fuse by properly wiring it. By this time few more ppl gathered. One gentleman told me that he was staying from last few days and it's a daily routine. I just wanted room for 5-6 hours as a pits stop stay for ayodhya. But it made our life miserable. Don't get fooled by price will not recommend this to anyone

The pillows were so big and tight, could not sleep the whole night. They should have better pillows. Rest was ok

Location is very bad. Left hand side and front side is an open barren land. Rooms are tiny, location is secluded and if you get rooms left side of property then you might not get sleep due to thought open barren land. I find it very scary, asked receptionist to shift me to right side of room, they declined it rudely, i booked it for two nights but left midnight very first day and booked another hotel. They are rigid and don’t consider any request of customer.

It’s a very small hotel but newly build at out skirt of that area, they limited staff to serve the customers, no food and in room services are available, they have few staff to serve, rooms are clean, they need to improve a lot. Thanks

Though this hotel was under finish, but they are trying their best to give good experience to customer. Few suggestions: must have chair and a table in every room and each room should be ready all the time for customer.
