Townhouse Relax Inn

Bigger room but there is no tv, no cleanliness, temporary Bathroom was built in balcony, nothing is there

First things first, this is a oyo propoerty and everyone is well aware of the pathetic properties and services of OYO. I was travelling by train and my train got late. When I reached the property the property was locked and the property owner was not picking up the call. The property looked more like a house than a hotel. The OYO representative was not able to help me and was clueless about how to handle the situation. The property was around 5 kms in a far away corner of a colony and I was standing at their gates in the middle of the night. DO NOT BOOK ANY OYO PROPERTY. should also have some accountability for these kind of situations and stop partnering with OYO.

they don't have any service men like no one cleaner, no water service, every clothes are dirty.....it is very disappointing

i had a disappointing experience during my stay at superoyo hotel relax inn. there was confusion at check-in. the room was just okay. however, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and some lights in the room were faulty, which added to the inconvenience.

Pathetic experience and worst hotel, very unhygienic, dirty bed sheet and pillows provided, no cleanliness in the room and bathroom, no towels provided.

No loght in the washroom, proper drainage was not there. No towels n soap, full room was dirty.

I want to log a complaint against this hotel

Booked hotel but not given by property owner. And charged 2000- per person. It's very horrible.
