When we checked in the hotel guy showed me a room its was very dirty and no lock scond he gave me anothe room thats was also not good bathroom is not that much clean room wall is dirty and no power backup we didnt power for two hours

I booked this property through MakeMyTrip for a private party, expecting a decent stay based on the photos and description. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had through MMT. Right from check-in, everything went downhill. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures shown on the app. The entire place was in a pathetic and unhygienic condition. The lift was not working, the surroundings were filled with smoke, and there was zero cleanliness. It didn’t even feel like a hotel—more like an abandoned building. The most shocking part was that none of the basic amenities promised at the time of booking were available: * No clean bedsheets * No water supply * No intercom * No Wi-Fi * No TV * No toiletries * No kettle * Not even a dustbin or proper lighting It was just a dirty, shabby room with nothing in it. We reached out to MMT support immediately, requesting cancellation and help in rebooking another property, but sadly, no assistance was provided. We had booked this property for 2 days but had to leave within a few hours because staying there any longer was simply not possible. It was a complete waste of money and a mentally draining experience. MMT really needs to take responsibility for listings like these. This was not just poor service. Such properties damage the trust we have in this platform. Strongly advising others: DO NOT book this property. It is unlivable, misrepresented, and absolutely unfit for any kind of stay.
