When I reached at hotel, the hotel door were locked from inside and reception person sleeping. I had to wait outside for an hour. After making continuous calls and knocking in door., one person open the door.

The hotel was horrible in every sense. I decided to lose my money rather than stay there with my family and immediately walked out of the hotel upon checking in and stayed at another hotel. Called twice and was not given any help. They said they will revert back but no one called back.
