Washroom jet was not working. Hot cattle not working insect found inthe room service is poor

Very pathetic behavior. The reception staff was very rode they did not allow to check in the hotel despite showing the booking and payment details. I had to wait for more than an hour in this freezing cold of dc but reception staff kept on behaving very rude. They did not allow me to check in because they didn't get proper pricing.

The service was pathetic. No towel or bathing kit. Bathroom was not clean.

The room provided was not clean 2, the toilet was very sticky 3. The bed, pillow was very dirty 4. The breakfast was not upto the standard. Make my trip did not mention the hotel would provide set meal sandwich & tea. 5. Over all it was a very bad experience 5

I liked the location of the hotel. Amenities were good and the staff was courteous. Nice experience

Parents have to suffer as mm t contract expired and hotel denied entry. Have to book in other hotel directly as can't take mm t on face value again. 4 hours of suffering and pain. Money still didn't got reimbursed
