Terrible Stay

I hardly write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was unacceptable and needs to be shared. 1. From the moment I arrived, the person sitting at reception was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. 2. The room itself was even worse – it had a terrible, lingering smell that made it hard to stay inside for more than a few minutes without feeling sick. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not priorities here. 3. Despite the many rooms were available, they denied early checkin. Pls avoid stay here

The total price I paid for 3 rooms just to spend was 8 hrs was11.5k The quality of rooms, AC, bathroom, doors, washbasins, bed linen towels, etc nothing was upto the mark. Substandard I would say. The staff though were very polite. It's basically a run down property and needs serious renovation and upkeep..

Hotel admin not switch on Boiler for Hot water in morning 6am. when I enquired why you not switch boiler. he replied it will be done only after cust5 request that to he insist me to wait for 30 min. I don't have time to wait but when I asked for compensation they denied ny request

Horrible Experience

My experience was horrible with this hotel. 1st - rooms are not good especially toilets, arrangement of toilet & shower floor is such that all shower water goes into toilet area automatically in each room as there is slope in toilet . 2nd - When we were out for sightseeing & i have instructed hotel management to clean room twice - thrice, room was not cleaned & was cleaned at 11 p.m. night after i told staff to clean my room 3rd - In room refrigerator, there were used food items like open pepsi tin & biscuits i have not used any item kept in refrigerator . i took photo & informed hotel staff about this. but at the time of checkout, housekeeping staff argueing with me that room was cleaned & no tampered food items should be there. Staff indirectly indicating that i have used item,then kept all items at tampered position & then claimed it was not proper for making it free. This was the type of Service of this hotel.

Gurveen royal has locational advantage being not far from airport and also near metro station. We did not try lunch or dinner. Breakfast is ok but starts late around 8 am and if we have to leave a bit early morning we have to skip breakfast. Bathroom is poorly maintained and smelly. Our repeated complaints did not make any difference. Overall we find it is overpriced for the facility offered

It was average. The only problem was that the hot water was not very hot it was a bit cold. Also the door for entering the room from outside was difficult to operate. There is an issue either with the lock or the door. The room bill which they gave me is higher than what was paid by my office. I did not have to pay anything extra. Restaurant prices are expensive and room service is even more expensive.
