Etna Ganda room tha change k liye bola fir bhi koi support na mila staf se bathroom ki tanki khrab thi pure bathroom me pani bhar raha tha na towal thi na shop shampoo pura ka pura room Ganda pda tha Puri frsh pr baal. pde hue the ac se pani tapak raha tha aur kya kya btau kul mila k jita bura soch skte hai utna bura room tha aur charge 4 star jaise aur pani ki bottle 30 charge kr rahe hai

Room was not ready at check in 12: pm time I got room almost 90 min late around 1:30 pm after checkin AC was not working washroom gate was locked room was not clean it was pathetic I called to MMT team but they didn’t help me ... I need full refund or compensation for this bulshit....

rooms are very congested and small and also room service are not up to the mark. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient, the staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and all basic amenities were provided. Highly recommended for a short trip.

The room was too small, full of small cocroaches, no water was kept in the room, towel was given when asked, no soap was kept in the room.

Very untidy rooms... mannerless staff.. unskilled worker.. they dont even know how to talk to a guest moreover while check in i told them to change the bedsheet as it was so dirty.. moreover the rooms were giving foul smell of seepage.

Please do not go by the images shown. The room is very small and does not have the facilities which are mentioned. Smoke smell all around the floor. The only thing which is good is that it is adjacent to the bus stand

Initially the room and bathroom were not tidy but the staffs were cooperative and hospitable they helped me change the room. 2 stars for infrastructure and maintenance; 4 stars for staffs and workers.

I had a worst experience in this property. Bad room service, dirty bedsheet. Mosquito's was present in the room. I'll not suggest any one to waste their money while booking thos property.

All other hotels are providing 11am check out time but this hotel is providing the check out time at 9 30am and even if you check out at 10 30 they were asking you to pay extra amount even after i have done very late check in

I have booked my hotel including breakfast @1500 some things rupees but when i was check in hotel next day hotel not provided me, and they didn't also return me my breakfast amount
