I felt mosquito all night, the washroom was not in good condition and neither was the geyser working, I am not happy with this hotel.

not up to the mark.. don't prefer any property without visual verification.

The rooms are so dirty the toilet it seems more like a public toilet..would suggest not to visit this hotel it will be wastage of money and time

Do not want to use any such word as it is too much of a worst experience. Bad smell,worst room condition and room with mosquitoes, no service. Never recommend anyone to stay in this worst property.

i book this hotel there's is no cafeteria call to reception they provide the dinner and breakfast in your room. in morning there is no water unable to use the washroom. service is very bad. i didn't recommend to anyone book this hotel it's better to stay in lodge

The rooms were unacceptably dirty, and when I raised concerns, the staff's response was to suggest upgrading to deluxe/super deluxe rooms for additional charges - implying that cleanliness is a premium service rather than a basic expectation. Key Issues Faced: All rooms had floor mats that appeared unwashed for months Staff blamed a "vacuum breakdown 2 days ago" for the poor cleaning standards Broken electrical fittings throughout the room No mirror provided in the room Mosquito infestation with no repellent or protective measures available Basic amenities like bath mugs were unavailable despite requests Property Condition: The hotel appears to be under construction with materials and equipment scattered across the first-floor corridor, creating an unprofessional and unsafe environment for guests. Overall Experience: This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The lack of basic cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional staff responses made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly advise other travelers to look for alternative accommodations. Not recommended for any type of stay.

Nice Location ,Excellent Hospitality and Cooperative Staff, All amenities available and too fast service. Food quality wise as well as taste wise just like carrying food from home.
