Good place to stay. Must visit

Stay was very good, when management is friendly then everything goes fine throughout the stay. The owner Nishanth was very helpful in guiding providing needed things really loved it. It is first time for me, homestay worked out in my favour.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were decent. Location of this place is very good. Situated in a quiet and beautiful lane with greenery everywhere. Dining facilities are not there but you can find good restaurants nearby walkable distances. Owners are polite and helpful. The son of the owner is very helpful in every way. Beautiful lovely plantations and a comfortable homely stay with very basic facilities. In future, breakfast options may be arranged if possible but not a necessity. Thanks for maintaining such a place in Thekkady. Mundakal Paradise.

The stay was very near to boating Pickup bus stand. Eateries and other needed shops are nearby. Place is peaceful and safe. Parking available. Value for money you pay.

Our 1 day stay was very good. He was very helpful in planning the trip around Thekkady. Also he was very helpful in getting the items required in and around the stay.

Mr. Nishant, the property owner is very kind hearted and helpful. No words to explain. This property is very good home stay. You should have own vehicle. Only for food you have to go out. But walk-able. Tea/coffee/biscuits are provided in the property lot to write. But simply superb.

Room was nice and clean. The room is near the market. Bus stop is around 1 km from the room.

This is one awesome homestay. They welcome you with a big smile. It was a nice and pleasant stay. Very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and big enough. Clean and tidy. They have Wi-fi. Washrooms are clean. Hot water available. Plus point they have one big balcony. Also lots of trees around. Location wise also this is good. Totally recommendable.

The home-stay is centrally located with easy accessibility. Cleanliness is maintained at all time. Felt like we were in the comfort of our own home.

Not properly maintained though infra looks good but less manpower and not well managed.

The homestay has one person who is all in one. He is quite good. But the maintenance is not good. Not much hot water facility. You get hot water for just quarter a bucket at once. The blankets were not clean.

Nice hotel for short stay rooms are clean and close to the Town parking available no restaurant
