The place is good, but we had to order from outside as restaurant was closed. Stay was calm, comfortable and secured. We had a bit delay check out and the owner was very understanding and handled with much politeness

I hope this message finds you well. I recently made a booking for a deluxe room at Dean Dale Cottage in Thekkady .. According to the details mentioned on your website, the property was supposed to include several facilities such as TV, a shared kitchen, drinking water, washing machine facilities , telephone, laundry service and room cleaning services, Wi-Fi, etc..... unfortunately this all services not received and also I suffered for parking facilities....also look the attached pic they gave me dirty clothes and tv is not working.... So investigate and refund my amount... Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was given a room that was significantly different from what I had booked. The caretaker informed me that it was a suite room and that all deluxe rooms were full, but I was unable to protest due to having my family with me. The room provided to me was of very poor quality, and my spouse get alergic issues due to dirty and dusted bedsheets....lacking the amenities listed in my booking. The facilities were dirty, and the room did not meet the standards promised on your platform. This situation caused a great deal of inconvenience and disappointment during our trip.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.

3 - average reason : delay in providing room they provided one cot with offering an additional bed laid on ground after escalation we got a new room at 3 pm bedsheet and pillows were stinking. The reason for giving 5 rating is because of a stay provided to 5 with an affordable rate.

There were bed bugs and insects. Bathroom was very smelly, it was very disgusting to use. Also the staircase to room was very narrow, causes issues in bringing luggage

The stay was not good, there was no internet in the room. The service was poor. There was no hot water.

The rooms were not as shown in the images, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was no hot water available, even during winter, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

I easily found the location of my stay through google map. The caretaker was verge nice person as we arrived there in night but he was very attentive to us. He made sure providing us the amenities if any we required. The rooms were very clean and spacious. All amenities like fridge, tv, table, dressing table all were there. We enjoyed a lot there

The stay was pleasant and the cottage is run by family members. The food were excellent. Highly recommend.

Ambience is good: trees around, sun raise into cottage area near to prime location rooms are ok, matches price.

Rooms are ok. There is lack of adequate facilities especially doors and switch board are not in good working condition.
