decent homestay with welcoming host
Good and clean rooms. I traveled with family and stayed for one night. we booked 2 rooms. rooms were big having open balcony. bathroom was clean and having running hot water. Although there no complimentary breakfast is available at the property, we got tea at room with additional charges. This homestay is located at central location and very near to periyar boating house booking counter and market. there is sufficient restaurants and other shops are there nearby this property. Host was very welcoming and they helped/guided us all the recreation option available in thekkady. he booked kalari marshal art show for us in discounted rate. overall it was nice stay with reasonable rate. Shared car parking is also available.

The property is located on the main road. There were no food facilities in the resort you have to go outside to have it. there was no room boy service and cleaning in rooms

Dear sir, Greetings from Green view, Thank you for spending your time for review. In and around lot of veg, Jain, and Non veg. restaurants. It is better to spread money in different sector. I get money through rooms and the resturant people get money through their food. If the guest ask us to clean room we sent house keeping ladies for cleaning. Good location, but no food available, you to walk around 1km to get good restaurants. Rooms are clean and average facilities, very tight parking is available.value for money.

The room was perfect, peaceful and cost effective. The care taker was friendly and helped us with all the requests we had. I would recommend this place to everyone, book this place and there will be no regrets.

Just a normal homestay with basic things. Most of the evening will be spent in sightseeing. For sleeping it is good and cost effective

The homestay is good with clean rooms and garden area, there was no hot water though for bath. Also, location is good.

Overall it was very nice and pleasant stay at green-view homestay thekkdy. Few excellent things were 1)property owner mr ramkrishna is a amazing person. Very polite and always ready to help. 2)parking facilities and amenities provided for driver were also good. 3)location is central, everything is around.
