I’m not happy with his behavior. He did not speak to us respectfully. The room was also not in good condition. the geysers were not working, and there was no proper response when we asked for help. He even shouted at us in front of everyone. He tried to give us three rooms on the third floor, but there was no lift. Additionally, the AC and TV were not working.

I think the hotel is under renovation work, food is note available here, very poor staying and bathroom facility,overall its very terrible to stay here. The only advantage of this property is very easy to reach here from the Kumily bus stand.

The property is old, there are maintenance work going on, still for the amount I paid, (630rs) neat and spacious rooms and bathroom, bit old furniture and good location

Horrible experience. Never imagined a hotel like this. Cheap hotel with cheap washroom. No cleanliness. Bedsheet and blanket sticks.

We had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment, we were informed upon arrival that our room would not be provided. Furthermore, the hotel lacked basic amenities such as hot water, drinking water, and cleanliness. Our room was dusty, with unclean bed sheets and blankets. The washroom was unhygienic, and the lift was out of order. To add to our woes, the staff did not assist with luggage, and essentials like bathing soap and towels were not provided. The owner's behavior was extremely rude, which made our stay even more unpleasant. Overall, our experience was subpar, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I took stay for one day. No hot water no towel. Noniron. No ro water. How can say it is a deluxe room

Good stay. But not compatible in hills area. Just like normal room. But otherwise all good. Old building. Very near to kumily bus stand. All shops, restaurants are near by.

No clean, dirty room, mosquito, alcohol smell, car parking is very worst look like store room, bed-sheets very dirty, not suitable for family and children, may be it suitable for only bachelor.

Location was good and was nearby necessary places but ị haven’t opted for food so can’t describe that. Services are not so good and needed to improve

Hotel staff as well as amenities are very bad. No proper lighting. No proper bedsheets and piloow covers. Thay were fully stained. When asked for another, they told everything is in laundry. No proper cleaning. Very bad stay

The place was old and creepy. The rooms were not at all cleaned the bedsheets and pillows were not cleaned at all and had hair and stains the bathrooms were totally not usable. Overall really bad experience

After check in, we came to know lift was not working, in rooms bed linens were not changed, bathrooms were not clean and tv was not working.

Horrible. Glass of window is broken. Mosquitoes in the room. Can't sleep the whole night. There is no water in the basin in room 302. Told so many times but the caretaker ignored us. The pillow is so hard like a rock.

Good hotel and near to bus stand kumily. Visiting thekkady, elephant camp also is near. Bed is not clean. Receptionist person argue with check in and checkout timing. I'm check in 7:30pm for two days and he calculated the time 12pm to 12 pm its wrong. Correct 7:30pm to 7:30 pm its correct right. Y hotels are behave like this i don't know. Please calculate the person current check in time not 12pm. Make my trip please noted that one.

water heater is not working, drinking water facility is not available, room inside we found three cockroach, 🪳, not good, we are suffered with childrens

Rude front office staff who is reluctant to give a check in at night. people from remote places only books hotels so when tried to check in, he was reluctant to give room. suddenly a boy of 20 yrs came and sorted the issue. he make aware the old chap that booking is pre done and that cannot be denied. thanks to the boy now when entered the room soiled bed linen, dusty wardrobes, rusty bathroom fittings and water was rusty and of orange juice colour when flushed water filled in closet at top level and remain as such. overall the experience was not less than terrible.... 🙏

Very conveniently located near bus stand and good support with good rooms, the only issue i faced was there was no supply of normal drinking water. I could only buy packaged bottles from outside shops.

Budget travelers are very comfortable for this place
