very dirty hotel and location .Rooms are unclean. Beef selling shops are all around. washrooms are unbearable

Hotel is average property there is no fooding and no air conditioner but hotel locations is near the city market

No one to response to our problems. Water logging in the bathroom. Linens were not clean.

It was good

Stay was easily accessible from bus stop it is just 50 meters away. Parking was there. Building was old so washrooms are not good. Rooms are cleaned well.

It’s was nice stay at candid residency. Caretaker and manager was so helpful and very nice to visitors. He was available whenever required as it was first time in kerala. Person name tiju and sajji both were helping all the guest for their boating and other side science. There was proper parking space and safety.

A good budget hotel. Well hosted. The owner and the staffs are very cordial. Walkable distance from kumily bus station

Neat and vlean room and reception person is very co operative.
