Spice Inn Thekkady

Hotel is not good drictly they are charging for food very high their manager is very rude staff is like govt working employee of 90s. They listin and act after half an hour. Waster of money food no quality no proper food waste waste waste next time I will never book this hotel and I recommend every one don't book this hotel this will be bad time of your holiday if you will be staying in Kerala for 10 days your one night stay will spoil your all nine days in Kerala this is completely unprofessional property the basic problem is the manager is not working properly and when the senior is incompetent you cannot believe the inferior

I had a great stay arrangement, hotel is located on the main road, rooms are big and nice .safe for families.

Very worst experience, they gave our room to another one and take us to their another hotel , it’s not an hotel also it’s an estate and they’ve created rooms in shop place and the room was very terrible and dirty , they told us that make my trip has booked your room but we have already no rooms available and your booking is present so we can’t do anything you have to adjust , If they have no rooms then why are they taking bookings and the breakfast and dinner was terrible 🤮 flies and mosquitoes were sitting on breakfast

Very bad service, the hotel is not even near to thekkady. Dont get fooled by the name. Don't expect a wide range of bfast.

It was a very poor hotel in which even water was chargeable and nothing was given in complimentary. There was permission for one room, one room was not given and non ac room was given and it was free and it is said that you have non ac inside it, this is what you took for yourself. If he did not agree, then he took away the money for dinner, breakfast or anything else

No food availability. Far away from the tiger national park. However the room and the bathroom was neat and clean.

Polite staff, clean and big rooms, good property and amenities, but a little bit far away from thekkady or the actual place where all the activities happen in thekkady, almost 10 km before thekkady. Lift not available

Hotel is situated just beside the road but in calm and quiet place. Due to strike, the hotel food was not available - had to go to nearby market place for food. Room was clean. Found hot water and continued power supply even during power cuts. Breakfast was good. Though booked well in advance, yet we had to wait for check in since the hotel staff could not found booking confirmation in tegisters, seems lack of communication between mm t and the property.

A pleasant stay. I won't recommend their complimentary breakfast. It needs improvement but u can eat in peace in their cafeteria. It is located away from the town but it's a fine place to stay if u are traveling to munnar.

The hotel was great to stay. Situated near munnar thekkady road. Staff was also very polite and helpful

The room is clean and well equipped for its price. The location is a little far from thekkady city center for a drive at night. Has ample parking space and. The wifi didnt work during our stay. You can avoid the breakfast here and just rely on the room

Location is good, it's on the main road. For food they have road side resturant, although food was good and staff was courteous. Sicurity of residential area is very poor. No gourd only a glass door for your sicurity. It need a complete professional touch. Hotel don't have doirme tery for your driver.

Good rooms. Good staff. Food is average. It is 10 km away from periyar lake so it might be issue to go there.
