Stay was easily accessible from bus stop it is just 50 meters away. Parking was there. Building was old so washrooms are not good. Rooms are cleaned well.

It’s was nice stay at candid residency. Caretaker and manager was so helpful and very nice to visitors. He was available whenever required as it was first time in kerala. Person name tiju and sajji both were helping all the guest for their boating and other side science. There was proper parking space and safety.
