I had a very bad experience i booked a room of rs 1100 in make my trip and i had to pay an extra of rs 500 at the hotel because the receptionist claimed that they had server maintenance on the day, and bookings from makemytrip was not forwarded to them, i had to pay an extra of 500 making a total of 1600 for a room which was advertised for 800. I will not recommend makemytrip to anyone i know

The receptionists was very friendly. But i don't think the room is worth of rs. 1230. There was no tv, no bath towel, no soap and a usual fowl smell of local lodge. But i am ok with the behaviour of receptionist
