overall stay was okay..the biggest problem we were facing was network..the place was out of network and their wifi was also not working..services are okay..food taste was not so good and quantity of food is very less..toileteries are only given when we asked for it..no one came for room cleaning for next 2 days

Bad experience with this hotel. Unprofessional and rude staaf, very small dirty rooms, poor quality washrooms, below average food, except location everything deserves one star.

Property was so beautiful, one of my favourite place till date, lovely weather, good staff,clean pool, clean rooms. Everything was very good the best part was the view.

The location was good however the property was not well maintained. Room washroom had a foul smell and there were few stains on tiles. Apart from the Dining area the property had old stained and rusting chairs in open. I checked out from the property after an hour or so.

Had a great stay at Moustache Resort, Rishikesh. The place is clean and well-maintained, the staff is polite and helpful, and the food was tasty. Loved the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rishikesh.

property location is good not suitable for night travel,food & services are good.. insects inside room it is area of improvement,overall experience is good

The pool was full of insects, no sanitisation maintained in room. Electricity problem and very poor service. We left our room at night

THERE IS NO TV IN THE ROOM. AVERAGE STAY. PROPERTY HAS GREAT VIEW BUT MUS MANAGEMENT IS THERE. ONE TIME VISIT

It is very bad experience at moustache, the property was not properly maintained, no cleaning and pool water is dirty nobody there for taking care of, food service was horrible, not a big menu and most importantly we wait in restaurants for almost 50 min for order to come and then if something other is order then they again take 30 min and the property placed at such a location that you dnt have food option , blankets are very dirty , and most importantly they dnt have security, any body can come to your room at any time , no security guard, no security gate , staff is very less , some people leave the property after seen all this , and some short there stay ... in short dnt book this, it is totally useless and waste of money and precious time ... we get great option in that money ... Dnt book this property at any cost
