    Bad service

    I paid through the app and went to the resort. When I was about to vacate the room, the resort staff said that I hadn’t made the payment. But when I showed them the screenshot, they said okay. After that, they again said I hadn’t paid for a toothbrush. I told them I hadn’t bought it, and then they said okay. Usually, when you take a room, things like a brush, soap, and toothpaste are provided. But none of these were available there. Very bad service.
