it was mind-blowing experience,,very good staff behaviour..everything was like wow,,,I would like to visit again and again there

Property is located far from the center but among tea garden. Hotel rooms are heritage style. Restaurants are good. Breakfast experience needs to be improved. Not a 5 star for sure

We enjoyed our stay very much. Right from Check-in to Check out , the process was very smooth. Staffs vere very coordial and food was excellent.

We had a leisure family outing which was excellent. Rooms were huge with big bathrooms. There was a colonial touch with so much detailing. Our room was a mountain view and gave a very good view in morning. We did cycling of the tea estate which was breathtaking ( even though weather was humid).The service everywhere is polite and very good. Overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful property, warm staff, nature treks all in all a perfect stay. Just staying here without any plans makes it worth it, there's so much to explore. The cycling trek to the Tea Tapri and more was my favorite. Special mention of Swastika, Nupur, Indrajit, Krishnendu, Manoja, Shyam, Munibhushan made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely look for opportunities to come back and would recommend others to pay a visit.

All Mayfair Properties are well articulated and well maintained. The staff was also courteous. Only 2 observations. 1. The tea tapri unlike at Mayfair Gopalpur is around 500 meters away from the hotel.it is too much walking for senior citizens and uncomfortable during the rainy season. The tea tapri should be shifted in the tea garden just behind the hotel. The quality of ready snacks & biscuits served was very poor. It needs to be fresh everyday. 2. They have a tea garrden & factory tour for which they charge per person. It is a total 1 km tour from the garden to the tea factory & back. The tea factory does not remain open daily based on the tea leaf receipt. So it is not worth the charges for it. It should be made complementary and more attractive by adding innovative ideas like tea plugging experience etc.

Really loved my stay at Mayfair Siliguri. It’s in a super peaceful location, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and their service was great. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were nice too — everything you’d expect from a good hotel. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. However, we were taken aback to find that the extra bed for our child had not been prepared, even though we had paid the additional fee. We also did not receive any prior notice about this. Fortunately, the main bed in the room was large enough, so we managed without it. We would appreciate it if you could ensure this does not happen again in the future. Thank you for your attention.
