During my recent stay at Mayfair, I found the service to be as warm and attentive as always — the staff were polite, responsive, and ensured our comfort throughout. However, I did notice that the food this time was only average, especially when compared to my last visit, where it truly stood out.
One surprising disappointment was that the hotel had only a single stroller available for guests, and unfortunately, it was broken. For a property of Mayfair’s standard, I would expect such amenities to be well-maintained or replaced promptly. It’s a small detail, but one that can make a big difference for guests traveling with young children.
Overall, still a pleasant stay, but with room for improvement in the food quality and upkeep of family amenities.
