Review Of mayank resorts

I was denied check in as there was no one present in the property, no one opened the gate, the number which was provided by make my trip was a wrong number. Worth service by the make my trip agent too

Resort is under maintenance / revamping. It was like staying at construction site. Plus, our car was blocked by other cars in their parking. We had to wait 2 days to get it back. I had to take a taxi to go back to my home, and then again go back to resort to get by car back.

Hotel was not aware of my booking, they don’t had any system to check. I had to contact manually and made con- call with hotel owner. Hotel owner was really unprofessional and discussion was really unprofessional. It wasted my time around 45 minutes. Hotel don’t have any breakfast facilities and near location was rural so i had to travel around 5 km to have the breakfast.
