Prashant Hotel

Experience was good. Got a very good deal via MMT. Rooms and washroom were decently clean. Very good connectivity from the Hotel to main markets. Do not go by the simplicity of the name. It is better than many hotels with modern and hep names. Bfast included in the package was the icing on the cake.

The rooms were not very ventilated but the bed was comfortable. The room had no fan only a table fan and a cooler with no water in it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and elegant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

Staff was supportive and excellent. Even called out and arranged for a cab in heavy rain. Very helpful

Washroom maintenance is not good

It was not a good experience at all as the room was smelling really bad including seats of toilet was broken and lights were not working properly

My stay at Hotel Prashant was average. The rooms were okay but could have been better maintained. Basic facilities were available, but cleanliness and service need improvement. Staff was polite, though response time was a bit slow. Food options were limited and taste was decent, not exceptional. Overall, it was a manageable stay for a short trip, but the hotel has scope to improve comfort and hospitality.

Rooms are spacious, but not very clean. Washroom was also not clean enough. Stains of spitting gutkha was visible on the Washroom walls. Not enough options in breakfast menu. It is advisable to have breakfast outside instead of paying for rooms including breakfast.

My stay was pleasent and happy Food location service every thing was perfect 👍👍

Staff is very polite, room is clean and spacious, one thing is compromised i.e. bathroom which is tiny/small but at last breakfast is so delicious which motivate for 5 star rating

delux ac room breakfast is not good. sukha poha and thanda samosa kachori provided with bread and tea.bathroom is very small. room is average.

Worst experience ever, receptionist is very rude and did not took actions on any request. They had done room pest control and it was total mess, when i asked to change room they said we don't have spare room. I booked this room 2 weeks earlier and still they done pest control on the date of our arrival. I felt it was risky to sleep in there and did another arrangements on my own but hotel did not helped / assisted with the request.

Terrible staff and rooms were full of cockroaches. I changed the room twice but same problem in both the rooms!

Old but decent property , food is average ranking of 7th out of 175 hotels in Indore is just too high for an average hotel.

The rooms were too small and ac wasn’t working in multiple rooms. Checking was delayed and the staff was unprofessional.
