Location is good, but there was no service staff to help to carry your luggage. Ask the way you have to go to 5th floor for reception. Check in process was slow, rooms were average and too small. As i asked for Warm water as i was not well and waited for 15 mins after my checkout but the receptionist couldn’t give me warm water and i had to go as my cab came and the same receptionist told me to pay extra for checkin before 2pm and that was also 10 am not so early i had never had such experiences at any of the ginger stay i have been i guess there are different rules to every city and every hotel i will never stay at Ginger indore again

We reached room at 22:52 pm, it was written in the food menu that we can order till 23:00 but still they did not register pur food order so we had to order through online food delivery from restaurants outside. The TV was not working properly, the TV apps were getting started on their own , seems like they were connected with nearby room remotes too.. So we were not able to use the TV properly. The handwash bottle inside the washroom was not working.
