Hotel Vedic Vista

Services very poor. Cleanliness in corridor very bad and conjusted. Foul smell in toilets. Washrooms very small in size and bathing uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

The staff was not cooperative at all.. the staff did not asked to clean the room once on their own.. even after asking the room was cleaned only once.. in name of amenities only a bottle of water was to be given and that too was not provided in my 4 night stay.. when informed the owner about the same.. he was rude and arrogant and told that as he is not taking late checkout fee.. these things shall not be complained about.. infact we had already informed the receptionist about the late checkout of 2 hours and he had said at that time that he will talk to his owner about this and confirm to us and after that we got no call regarding the confirmation if there was a problem in a bit late checkout.. and at the end they directly asked for late fee and when we denied the same telling that we got no conformance or information about the late fee charge.. the owner started to raise his voice and telling that we have no right to complaint if we are not paying late charge.. (even when we were not informed if we have to pay late charge and how much).. so also the hotel also asked you to pay for two water bottles taken by us in 4 night stay which were meant to be complimentary with two more bottles.. which two were not even provided to us.. the hotel is terrible and the staff and owner is even more terrible

I had an amazing experience at Vedic vista. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

We requested for an early check in, were told on the phone that it was possible after getting there and talking to the receptionist, we were made to wait till 1130, when we asked him to hurry he threatened that do whatever you want its gonna take time to prep the room. Later while checking in the sheets were oily and dirty no toiletries available. More time wasted..
