Horrible and terrible transportation. We haven't experienced such a bad service ever before in our life.

Only 1 km from airport. Neat and clean room. Toiletries available. Heigene maintained. Supporting staff. They also arranged free pickup from airport.

Stay was decent as per the Amount i have paid. although they have provided me the smaller room as compared to my previous stay a day ago.

Before noon itself I received a call from the hotel asking when I am likely to check in. I informed that I would be reaching around 8 pm with my mother who is 80 plus. They allotted me a ground floor room and made all arrangements for a comfortable stay. In request breakfast was served in the room before 7 am. They also made arrangements for our drop to the Airport. Delighted by their service and hospitality

it was clean and comfortable stay. hardly 10mins drive to Airport. property is getting renovated. only problem is that, there is no elevator.

Our stay was, overall, exceptional. The room was very clean and spotless, and the food we ordered was tasty and reasonably priced. The property itself deserves full marks for quality and value. ​However, our experience was severely marred by one major issue: after a long journey from Trivandrum to Kochi, the Front Office Manager called our room late at midnight demanding IDs and information we had already provided during check-in. ​This unnecessary and intrusive call completely interrupted our sleep, which was critical before our 4 PM flight. The manager should have waited until morning to resolve an administrative filing error. While the property is excellent, interrupting a guest's rest for internal paperwork is highly unprofessional and must be corrected immediately.

Property does not have a lift which is not mentioned anywhere while booking. Not suggestible for elder people. Also, only 1 water bottle is provided per room. Should at least provide 2 or more considering the humid and heat.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The power was fluctuating frequently, which caused a lot of inconvenience, especially during the night. This made it difficult to relax or use basic electrical appliances comfortably. Additionally, the overall condition and amenities of the room did not justify the price charged. For the amount paid, I expected better service, maintenance, and comfort. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the quality of the stay for future guests.
