Wonderful Property
Lovely property with attention to detail which makes it value for money. One concern is the service at breakfast. Since it is custom made after the order is placed, it takes time to serve the dishes. The taste of the south Indian and continental breakfast served is very good. However on our last day of stay, it appeared that the kitchen ran out of sambar and they served moong dal instead. When we requested for the regular sambar, they added sambar powder to the moong dal and served. This left a poor taste while leaving after spending 3 wonderful days at this hotel

Wonderful experience at maisom perumal
familyIt is located close to promenade beech and walking distance of many tourist points in pudicherry. It is a french haveli, located in a residential colony surrounded with major markets. Dont expect it on beech and having lavish open lawns etc. But haveli is cozy, lovely ambience and service is outstanding n very friendly. We could n joy puducherry because of guidance and facilities provided by hotel staff. Food is sumptuous and taste different. It was navratri during our stay, so missed tasting seafood recipies which is its usp. Breakfast options are lovely. N joyed our 2 days stay fully.

Old world charm at mason perumal.
familyA boutique hotel nestled in one of the lanes of pondicherry. It has been well refurbished to maintain the old charm and also fitted with modern amenities. The standard iof food is good but the variety could be more. The staff was courteous and well mannered. Basic facilities like a lounge room and swimming pool are missing considering the fact that the charges are as per a 4 ot 5 star hotel. Parking is an issue however there are wallets overall a good experience.

First, I would like to apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing at Maison Perumal recently. I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback. It will allow us to resolve the room A/C issue and Mosquito problem that occur and help us to improve our services. After the check-in at 6.15 pm, when you call and informed the AC issue at 7.30pm with the reception, our technician checked it at the same time we shifted you to our higher category room as an upgrade. There was no issue in the new room and it is solved. Regarding the mosquitos, we are doing eco-friendly pesticides every day. But according to the climatic condition of Pondicherry in the evening time mosquito issues are everywhere, also we placed mosquito repellent in every room as well. Informed earlier this to municipality department of the further action. As you talk earlier at the front office, we assure you that your feedback will give us the opportunity to improve our room and service further. coupleA beautiful Chettinad-French Heritage Home converted to a luxury stay by CGH Earth. Very well maintained. Valet Parking is available. This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist. The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too. Mason perumal heritage living
We stayed at maison perumal from 20 to 23 rd oct and the trip has been nothing short of excellent and the hotel experience played a major role in making this a memorial experience. The heritage building takes you straight back to days of old and a unique experience to city dwellers like us. S pl mention to the white rump-ed manias birds found within the hotel, brought a smile to our face sharing the space with these birds.

Centrally located in congested narrow lanes of pondicherry
familyIf you are one who has certain expectation from a cg h earth property, you will be disappointed for want of space. It is situated in a very narrow galli, but then when you see whole of pondicherry you will realise that almost all the hotels are the same. The place is neatly kept, breakfasts were good, staff is friendly and location is good as everything worth seeing in pondy is within one km distance from here. Suggestion is take auto rikshaw instead of driving around as the roads are narrow and no parking places.

We can enjoy delicious south indian cuisine at the in-house restaurant, which specializes in regional dishes. The staff at mason perumal is very helpful and always smiling.
