Hello, My name is dheeraj and I m founder of Goa luxurious villa chain in india. business regarding i m contuine travel to pune city and I every time choose five star hotel bt unfortunately I m one day stay at airport near mangus square hotel. all was good so I m contuine staying bt bcuz airport near hotel. bt last few days back i again stay at hotel and hotel restaurant manager says I m not provide dises bcuz i m order food outside. bt my question is hotel owner with hotel management staff was really educated for hotel management course. bcuz hotel industry rule as per Indian IS,ISO according budget property rule really understand? bcuz first clear was proper hospitality course and after joining this hotel. bcuz guest house, budget property, 3 star to 5 star every hotel policy at goverment decided not a hotel owner and hotel management staff. so

Good stay
Amenities were good, did not get a chance to try their food. Rooms were clean and neat. It is located very near to the airport so travel convinience is there

Stay was quite comfortable breakfast quality and variety was too good staff was polite and easily avaialble room are spacious and clean. Only bathroom size was a bit smaller. Rest everything was too good

Owners need to visit the parking space.
The parking racks have a open chain which has grease on it and due to congested space all the guests have there shirts stained with the grease. The washroom was not maintained and there was no soap or dustbin. The mattress was already compressed and the guest sinks in it. Nightmare. Breakfast was good and staff and security were kind.

Poor Stay
I stay on 5 floor and I see there is almost no toilet paper in the washroom and the fridge has a terrible sound and I turn it off. The room is good but breakfast has limited options .
