WORST SITUATION FACED TILL NOW, DELAY IN CHECK IN, I HAD TO CALL FOR AROUND CONTINUOUSLY 1 HR FOR ROOM SERVICE , I VISITED THE RECEPTION MULTIPLE TIMES BUT THE ANSWER WAS THEY ARE HAVING DINNER , AND AFTER 1 HR THE SAME PERSON SITTING AT THE RECEPTION CAME AND GAVE US THE PLATES , AC REMOTE WAS NOT IN THE ROOM AFTER 2 HRS THEY PROVIDED THE AC REMOTE, THE ROOM WAS NOT HAVING FAN SO I HAD TO KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN DUE TO SUFFOCATION

Property was clean but room service was poor. I myself had to carry my luggage from the car to room n also from room to car while checkout. There was no food at the hotel at all. Hotel staff was ok but very poor room service and facility.

Terrible

I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the most unexpected and disappointing experiences. From the moment I checked in, things started going downhill. The room was not clean – there were stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom smelled terrible, and the amenities were either broken or missing. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, they were either ignored or brushed off with vague promises to fix things that never happened. The noise levels were unbearable at night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Brightened solo travel future outlook with optimistic hope. Room was hopeful and staff were optimistic. Great for hope inspiring solo adventures.

Dirty room and Torn linen in the room

Hotel was full still they accepted my booking. Had a very bad experience. No one should book it ever.

This was an amazing family experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all our expectations for a perfect family getaway.
