    Terrible Stay

    The person at the reception although he was senior,he very rude and don't know to talk with the guest... Don't know why the hotel manager hires such guys and spoils my mood ..i will never visit the hotel again..

We would like to clarify that your booking was made for double occupancy, but there were three guests at check-in, including two females and one male who were not related as family. As per our hotel policy and for the safety and comfort of all guests, we were unable to accommodate triple occupancy in the room type booked. Our front office team was simply adhering to hotel policies, and we understand this may have caused inconvenience.     The person in the front desk was rude. He has not provided us the key even after providing the id cards. He asked us to wait unnecessarily even though he got billing email he said he died not have booking email. The manager was sitting right there and he also suggested some more paper work which if necessary could have been done later as well. We as guests do not run away after paying full payment in advance.

    Have stayed in the hotel in Aug2025 and like to give 7 points out of ten in this property. Overall food is good but a little bit spicy. Room environment is quite good. The mail problem is the road connecting to property to the main road. It is very much murky in times of rain and many uber, rapido not likely to go thia road after good amount of rain. And for this problem this property doing oa lower rating otherwise this is good property as per value.

    Normal hotel, not worth taking extra facilities. Upgrade is not flexible. But this is budget friendly so anyone just want to relax and get sleep, hotel is worth it

    Stay was good, received us quite normally. Interiors were also good. But the buffet breakfast which was included in package was not served. We had just 3 options in our breakfast. They were saying that there were less guests on that day so they have not provided all that they were used to provide regularly.

    Location is good. Terrace view is excellent. Nice rooms though they are new. Not much options inside the room service as it’s just functional. Breakfast is limited but good taste. Ambience is good.
