The hotel owner first charged 1200 extra and asked us to check out with luggage if we go out and make a new check in if we come back. Later on returning to hotel they asked us to pay 300 extra for getting in again. The hotel manager told that he informed the owner about our booking but the owner simply denied entry. On asking to contact manager the owner simply told that manager doesn't have any phone number. Would never recommend anyone to book this place. The air conditioner barely worked. The bed was dirty and the fan was really noisy. Plug points didn't work.

When i reached gate was locked. Had to made several calls to get it opened. Staff is not good. Overall it was a unpleasant experience. I will never like to stay in such hotel.

Room services were good room was clean over all good experience

No proper cleanliness. Bathrooms were stinky. Just fine for solo budget room.

Worst experience for staying in a hotel, which is named as flagship hotel, they don’t even know the meaning of flagship, its okay to not have all the amenities, but at least they should name their hotel accordingly right? there were only few rooms which were too much suffocating, no air ventilation for the room, and not even the bathroom. Booked our complimentary breakfast for extra pennies and there they told us they won’t provide us, the staffs were very polite, that i must say, but they don’t know how to manage their guests. Never expected such experience from a hotel situated in our capital.
