Terrible experience at this hotel. While the view was decent, the room was not clean and had a very bad smell, including the bathroom. The water pipes were leaking, and the TV in the room was a small-sized one that didn’t even work—it was just for display, not for use. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the high cost charged for such poor facilities. Additionally, I booked the stay, where the location was falsely mentioned as near the bus stand. In reality, this residency is around 5 km away from the bus stand, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s overpriced and fails to deliver even basic amenities.

It was a horrible stay, the staff is very rude & not co-operative. We 8 persons and took 2 rooms, they charged us for extra mattresses and they refused to provide extra blankets. No hot water. Pathetic hotel. Won't recommend.

It is very difficult to turn car from road to courtyards. Is not a single building going down stairs through outer steps. We become wet since it was raining. We didn't get hot water.

We had booked 4 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights, and none of the rooms had towels, toiletries, or blankets. Even drinking water had to be bought. One of the rooms had a broken toilet with flush not working, which even after repeated requests was fixed only on the second last day. Another room could not be locked and was never repaired so had to keep things in the room just based on their word. Really poor communication from the front office.
