We recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
There was no proper coordination regarding the stay, which made check-in and other arrangements quite confusing.
Basic amenities were missing — we did not have access to hygienic drinking water, plates, proper glasses, or even a kettle to make hot water or tea.
Essential toiletries and linen were also lacking — there were no towels, soaps, or toothbrushes provided.
We also faced late responses when we reached out for help or requested these basic items.
