Property location was great but they didn't maintain the property well, mentioned complimentary food but not provided, overall ok, it is not that much spacious for 4 people nd little congested but in photos it looked like a big A frame property but in reality it is a small property

Feedback for Our Stay in your property. We recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. There was no proper coordination regarding the stay, which made check-in and other arrangements quite confusing. Basic amenities were missing — we did not have access to hygienic drinking water, plates, proper glasses, or even a kettle to make hot water or tea. Essential toiletries and linen were also lacking — there were no towels, soaps, or toothbrushes provided. We also faced late responses when we reached out for help or requested these basic items. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience for future guests.

Location itself a noteworthy place and the property was very well maintained. Caretakers were very courteous and helpful.

The property is situated right in the poombarai town so expect noises. The location is on the step fields. However, the room we stayed is not facing the valley view. The room is basic even though it is a A frame. The hosts were super nice and helpful.
