Poor mattress and the linens were untidy and had to be replaced. no lift service or proper room service. no intercom facility. washroom were not clean. lot of nuisance late night as well since located near the bus stop

Easy access to lake, bus stand and coakers walk. All basic amenities are met with shops nearby. Decent rooms, polite staff and safe stay at affordable price.

I had an excellent experience at JC woodville Hotel. The environment is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and it’s conveniently located near the bus stand and shops. We stayed there with 14 family members, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I visit Kodaikanal again.

Actually I have booked for 2 Adults and 2kids. Bed is sufficient for 2adults and 1kid only. I have taken extra bed by paying amount. Room area is also very less

The heater where not working. They have placed kittel in the room but machine is not there for heating

All good especially the hot water for all time, they arranged parking fecility. Only problem is rest room is smelling little bit.

Property located at just opposite to kodai bus stand which mean anything and everything ease for shopping. Though busy roads kodai makes anything special. Rooms are neat and clean only disdvantage is it does not lift service which makes inconvenient to climb 2 floors with luggages. Otherwise it is budget friendly decent stay

Water is coming out of the bathroom very frequently and it is very uncomfortable to use and the mat provided is not absorbing water. After continuous request only the manager arranged to clean and collect waste. Too much cost but during diwali it is expected. The only positive is that it is near the bus stand.

Room service is very bad. There was nobody to guide the way to the room. There was no room service personnel. And there was nobody to explain the day to day activities and show the tv remote, hot water and cleaning the room. All together it was a bad experience. Bed cover was replaced with dirty bed cover.

Hotel was nice and little costly could be 200 or 300 less for this hotel but no parking street is so crowded bike parking is hard and definitely no car parking friendly hotel
