no hot water facility no genarator facility no tv facility bad

Very average room. Full of mosquitoes. No ventilation. Had to keep the doors open which led mosquitoes in. Cleanliness was fine. No basic bathroom amenities provided

Booked ac rooms but only 1 ac and 1 non ac provided, no amenities provided which are mentioned minimum of drinking water, room service, shampoos, soaps, are also not provided. Even drinking water glases, dress hangers also not available. Rooms are some odd stinkey smells

I paid money for the facilities. No wifi, ac not working. Additional bed was pathetic. I went for holiday for only one day. I just spent time in beach. Because facility is not good. No lift. My wife struggled a lot go in second floor.

No wifi connectivity. Noone is available in reception any time. Always owner to be called for any purpose and sometimes his phone number is switched off. Poor room service.

I have booked in make my trip. They charged around 1100-. But they charged extra 200- for early check-in. Room was neat and clean. But very hot weather in mahabalipuram in september month. Little bit humidity in room even though fans are on.

Very bad tv not working if complaints to hotel management they are not responsible

Mattresses and cover were not clean. That's all rest was good!
