It was a very good experience, the property was real cozy.

Amazing place to chill in Nainital.

Pros: • The room was fairly spacious and offered a partial lake view. Cons: • Hygiene issues: Bed sheets, pillows, and bathrooms were extremely dirty. The entire cottage floor was unclean, and we even found an old, broken shoe from previous guests. • Plumbing problems: The bathroom taps leaked, and the washbasin drain was dirty. • Kitchen issues: The kitchen lacked a dustbin; instead, there was a broken water bucket without a garbage bag. The mixer was broken, and the gas stove didn’t work. There were only two cups provided for a group of eight, with no spoons, glasses, or proper cookware. The electric kettle was stained with milk, and only cheap plastic crockery was available. • Limited housekeeping: No housekeeping services were available after 4 PM. • Living room: The TV had no cable or Tata Sky connection and wasn’t a smart TV. • No heater: There was no heater provided, which made it uncomfortable. Overall, the property had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, which significantly impacted our experience.

Property is designed good and picturesque. But that joyful feeling last for first 20-30 mins until you start realising that property is not well cleaned and has lot of seepage issue. Pillows, bedsheets and blankets all were smelling bad. Also kitchen utensils were greasy. Dining chairs were dirty having stains. Lot of seepage issue in the property due to which everything smells bad if after spraying room freshener. Staff says due to rain it’s smelling but food stains on dining chairs, dirty carpets could have been cleaned. Though staff is very helpful and humble, only thing which staff and management could do is focus on cleaning stuffs which will make stay even more better and cosy.

Amazing stay, Beautiful ambience, helpful & Kind Caretaker Negi ji & Super lovely cook Pushpa didi for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at Nainital. The Naini lake is so near & one can enjoy boating. The pretty cold weather made the stay more superb. The ambience gives you a feel of colonial architecture times. Very pretty
