Very nice experience there specially staff very nice and location also very good nearby by taxu stop shop and everything

The stay was very delightful, we booked a standard room that does not include some amenities like towel and soap, but they still provided it to us, the manager and the helper were very polite and helpful, fulfilled our every request, the room was very nice for a standard choice, will recommend this homestay very much, it's also located right next to the road that connects to old isbt bus stand, chota shimla and sanjauli, making it very convenient for people who don't want to walk too much, bus is easily accessible from there, over all a great experience and very friendly environment

It was a good service however there were some issues like no toilet paper, no soap and tv was not working however the receptionist help-es us

Property is very small and is not worth the price. The rooms are also under ground level so there are no windows or ventilation in the room

Horrible surrounding location was worst not as per expectation, very bad environment, no person to attend properly

No handwash available in toilet, poor ventilation, no mirror in bathroom. Room was very hot at the time of check in to till late night. Only one room boy cum reception boy was available.

In the policy of the hotel it was written that guests are allowed to access kitchen. But on arrival owner refused and offered kitchen on chargeable basis. Then they said they are not allowing non-veg in kitchen but their food menu is having all the non-veg dishes, which makes no sense.

It was a good experience, not much far from mall road, also staff was good in behavior as well as ready for help. Coffee was also good one. One negative remark is the window view can be made more greenish, room were good.

The ambience and location of the place is not that great. The interior is okay but rooms have literally no views. Overall i would say i didn’t find it to be up to the mark and it is overpriced for the experience they offer. Also, there should be some photos for the hotel exterior as well in their listing because showing just the interior is misleading

Under construction, food quality bad, room service are not be available, no person available on reception for checking out, if reporting for food quality then staff arguing.

#lajguru, everyday and everything of my stay is best. The rooms are very neat and clean, their staff behaviour is very good and they are very polite. They also provide fooding and you can also order food from outside without any restrictions. Check-in and check-out both are very easy and convenient. Hot water is provided and geyser is also available in bathroom. I would suggest everyone who want to go for shimla tour, book your stay at lajguru and enjoy your journey without any worry.

Very nice hotel. Rooms, toilets, and other items are very clean. Near the mall road service is very excellent.

It's a budget hotel just beside singh's bnb lazy gateways. Approx 1km from the lift. No parking facility for four wheelers. The amenities in the hotel is good. The hotel menu is too expensive. Overall a good option for budget travellers.

value for money please do not expect much from here don't order anything from hotel its too costly and not good quality. bad smell in the hotel , hot water is also not coming but they provided from other room.

Food for lunch and dinner was not available at hotel. That was the only demerit
