We have charged online payment of our room booking but when we reach there we have not provided that room at night we are suffering very badly they people even doesn't refund our payment very bad experience not choose anyone this one this is fraud

As clearly mentioned in our policies, we are unable to accommodate same-day late night check-ins since our caretaker is a lady, and for safety reasons we strictly avoid late night arrivals. In your case, the booking was made on the same evening for immediate check-in, which unfortunately was not possible to honor. We had already informed MakeMyTrip about this situation and requested them to process your refund as the payment is directly managed by them. We have also requested the company to remove this review since the issue is pending at their end, not ours. We always try our best to provide a comfortable stay to our guests, and we sincerely regret that this experience caused you inconvenience.
