Sir,the caretaker himself received you at 1:30 am .in the night and checked you in.and requested you too that there& a Pooja going on at his place therefore he will not be able to attend you there after.however we provided you a boy to take care after your food and all other requirements.Even after all these affords we put in,we are thankful to you for posting such a negative review.
Best stay like home
Best place to stay. Manager of stay was very polite and always available. All home made food. Best place to stay

Poor Stay
Room owner behavior was good but facilities that must be required in a hotel was not available like tv was not func, no towel, no mirror no hanger for wet clothes and most important things are location was out side from shimla city.

Best service, food and nice location
Me and my partner stayed at town hill homestay about 10 days and we had a medical emergency and the owner of the hotel mr vijay was very helpful and we can not thank him enough for his help. And definitely should give credit to their chef mr dileep as well as his food was the best from the whole trip. If we ever to go to shimla again we would definitely choose town hill homestay and this place is highly recommended.

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Rooms have beautiful mountain view, very friendly owner. Has dedicated car parking, very difficult to find parking in shimla because of narrow roads. Overall a nice experience
