The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The dormitory hall was stinking and could not sleep the whole night. Ac was also not working properly

He was not taken inside he saying local i'd not allowed my money also not get refunded.

I have a bad experience in kurla dormitory toilets are in bad condition no ac in day time at least fans are not in the exact position to get air in day time i will send a small video regarding fan and ac

Experience was very bad the dorm is not clean and ac is limited till 10pm to 6am and ut also has a in time that should not be there when uts miens dorm, the washroom area is terrible bcz 0 cleaning is done there it stinks all the time employees are rude in bathroom mosquitoes are there n many more

Very comfortable dormitory with nice beds and staff. Care taker behaviour is very helping and assist everything. Also cleanliness is up to the mark.

It is a good and clean property and is near to my business meeting area the owner as well as staff are very cooperative

The hotel staff was very rude. They charged me 150rs more for checking out a little late even though i had asked them previously about this. The neighborhood is very dirty and had garbage all over the place. They did not turn the ac on during the day time even when it was freaking hot! very terrible experience.

Even-though it is a very hot climate the hotel refused to turn on the ac and told they will only switch on it at the night. Wifi access is given late and the wifi speed is bad. Other amenities are also around average.

I feel better and comfortable experience very net and clean and the location is very easy from kurla station we can reach by walk

Dormitory is good neat and tidy. Everyday cleaning and washing toilet perfectly. Good for budget oriented person. The person who is working is friendly and doing great job. He is always available 24/7. I will recommend this dormitory for my friends. Thank you

Facilities are good according to money. The only problem is the toilets and bathrooms are less compared to the number of peoples staying in the dourmetry. It's the only problem that area is very congested

The place is exactly like those in pictures. Hygiene is very much maintained. They change sheets regularly. Washroom is fine. You will get warm water for bathing. Also filtered water is available as needed. You are provided with a locker enough for one large bag. Also it is very close to Kurla station, reached within 5 minutes of walking.
