The property location is under renovation but the hotel is pretty decent. The staff is great. All public transport is available on the nearest road.

unhygienic time
Room is not that hygienic. it's at 5th floor and is very small. towels and sheets looks old and not washed properly.

i recently stayed at oxford hotel in mumbai, and it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. the hotel is nothing like what’s shown in the photos—it’s extremely shady and poorly maintained. to begin with, the staff refused to allow us to park our two-wheeler within the building premises and instead asked us to park it outside on the road. the building itself was in terrible condition, with peeling paint and a lack of basic upkeep. the room we were given had a foul smell, and to make matters worse, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. there were no proper arrangements, and the level of hygiene was appalling. shockingly, we didn’t even get a room key. the hotel staff opened the room for us and told us to hand the key back to them whenever we went out. the walls had paint chipping off, the furniture was in bad shape, and the bedding was dirty. the pillows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in ages. it was a miserable experience overall. the photos online are completely misleading, and i regret booking this hotel based on them. i would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Entrance was like some abandoned devil's building the elevator is very small. The room was not up to the mark felt very congested not breathable because of very narrow passage no windows less height room like some one above 5 feet 8 inches can touch their head to the cealing fan which i felt very dangerous. There was a complementary breakfast with poha. I have seen hotels providing a minimum buffet in complimentary breakfast. But this is stupidity not with atleast limited option but one and only option

family with 4 kidsI had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable visit. The manager was an absolute gentleman and displayed exceptional hospitality. He graciously offered us complimentary tea during our stay, which was a thoughtful gesture. At the time of checkout, I asked for the final bill for beverages consumed, but the manager politely declined and said it was complimentary from their side. Apart from the excellent service, this hotel is truly great value for money. The quality of service and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations for the price. Such kindness and professionalism, combined with affordability, made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine care for guests, and excellent value for money. Thank you for a delightful experience!
