Booked hotel on 31st may 2024 for one day stay.i got my receipt from 12pm to next day 11 am.but in hotel receipt its showing 6pm check in and night 11 pm night check out.how its possible

The location is close to the local station of andheri property is quite good safe for couples but not maintained. Pillow cover bed sheets and blankets were dusty room was nice doesn’t provide a complimentary water bottle for stay

The hotel location is near and walkable distance to andheri west station. The front desk guy is super easy to help and make your stay welcome. The room is clean. The washroom has a hot and cold water supply. Only one thing u must have to carry is a towel, shower kit, washroom kit along with you.

Very poor hygiene. Worst room even bad toilet. Never go here

Not clean room, very small room

Someone from the management smoked so much this little Hotel with no exhaust fans that my room was filled with smoke all the time which caused a headache. They did not give any Key for my room. The blankets didn't look clean. Overall the Hotel looked shady.

60 sqft room with 9 sqft washrooms. Dirty linen. Narrow passages. Stairs dumped with linen. Staffs sleeping in narrow passage leading to rooms 9 am in the morning. No awareness about parking to receptionist. No help offered. Deluxe (60 sqft) room offered for the price and assurance of executive. Window curtains temporarily fixed which comes down any moment. What more to say!

I booked that hotel for 13 to 16 Nov and I checked in on 13th. The room was too disgusting, very small and nothing but cockroach all over. I checked out on 14th as I can't survive like this. Bad experience. I wasted my money.

We are not stay this hotel. I book this hotel in July 2019 but when we went this hotel, the manager said me there are no any room for me. I ask him about the matter. Then the manager manage other Hotel for me. It is very worst experience for me. I say to make my trip officials to cancel the make my trip license from this hotel.

Pictures are just Photoshop and rooms are very small and untidy. Washroom was also not cleaned properly although staff was helpful but rooms were terrible.

I did not stay at this Hotel. I check out on check-in time because of the hotel not clean. It is rubbish hotel. Please don't go.

Stay given at another Hotel. No breakfast given at hotel. As well as the quality of room not proper. Behaviour not good.
