This is not good hotel for any decent person. It was really horrible experience for us

It is ideal hotel for runners doing half marathon as the start point is nearby.

Very hopeless hotel very thin lane stair can't climb by it, air condition is not working, way to bathroom is open from three side, very small bath room and sanitary is broken , shower is not working, there are bed bugs, when we tell to owner he said i cannot do it. Try to fight with gust.

Decent enough if you're having a limited budget. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staff are humble and helpful. The hotel is just opposite bandra railway station. So if you get down at csmt, please don't book cabs and harass yourselves. Please take any local to bandra and get down. It'll save your time and energy. )

Very Bad service and stairs is like 75° angle rooms is very poor and fully mosquitos so I'm recommending to my viewers please don't book the hotel there is only good name golden plaza nothing else thanks

Dear sir it was very bad experience during stay there, ac was not working properly, bedsheet not changed, pillow cover so bad smelly

Hotel is good , it's service also good. Washroom conditions it's ok ac, fan and water are also in good condition over all all can say in good hotel

Room is small and congested and it is a difficult place to locate as it is inside. To get to the o lace have to pass through a tunnel in between which is a bit of a mess. Staff also sometimes take time to do their work

Actually early check in is okay but room size and housekeeping is not good

Rooms aren't clean, service is also not good, so much mosquito, drink water facility not there. Nothing other that those issues it was good

Had booked for 3 nights, then was relocated to a different hotel in another location. Although the new hotel was good it was an inconvenience. Hence cant really say much cause was not accommodated at the hotel.

Worst experience ever. The number that was shared by mm t after booking was wrong. Reached the location with a great difficulty as could not contact hotel. Finally when i reached hotel, upon inquiry about wrong contact number, the hotel manger was rude saying "that's not my fault. In addition, the linen were dirty, as if the unwashed used ones. Any hotel that provides the minimum is toiletries, however this hotel didn't provide any. The room was stinking. An absolutely waste of money. Not at all recommend.

Never booked this hotel just by seeing the picture. No hygienic room too small dirty surrounding high in price the bottom line is that never booked this hotel.

Near to bandra railway station, hill road and linking road markets. Also close to band stand, bandra fort and carter road.
