Room was clean and staff was helpful

Hotel was ok in room there is nothing like soap shampoo they are charging but water bottle is also not there so they have to take a look in small l small things. I dont have photos, because there is nothing good for take the phootos

The property is below average, rooms were stinky, amenities like tv and wifi were not working. No soap, shampoo provided in bathroom, neither informed prior. Bed and bedsheets were dirty and stinky as in they were not washed from months. No drinking water provided. We had to buy water bottles.

1st day Room was average and had agarbatti smell,no ventilation etc. changed on second day to another room which was leaking from ceiling . On the third day gave me a third room which was good . Though the staff were very helpful in all aspect the room are not worth for the money trip advisor changed me

It's good stay and property at good location staff was good and help gul hotel is very nit and cleanl

You pay for the locations. Rooms were really okay. We arrived late even then the room was not ready and it was occupied by a couple hence we have to wait to check in.

Hopeless hotel in my package breakfast is included hotel is not given me room is not clean no air conditioning remote are available bathroom was not properly set no hot water

Stay is at the hotspot. Clean room and bathroom. No lift for 2nd floor stay. Room service needs to be improved

the picture they show while booking is totally different from the hotel, its so dirty and doesnt even have a lift

Room was not upto the mark. Room smelled bad. I think the top roofing was rusted so the whole room was smelling bad. I have paid for breakfast included but they didn't provide the breakfast. And they didn't provide water. I have to buy water for drinking. There was no room service for the entire stay. Pathetic room please avoid

Breakfast in this hotel is of very third quality. I will message that no one should come to this hotel and book complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is in a dilapidated building, just 1 floor and 4 rooms, rooms stink. No parking, no lift, no water, false ceiling was falling fown, bedding was dirty. Mm t should duelist and reimburse my money.

Old building, not well maintained. Wall has been repaired by putting celotape situated on 2nd floor. Pillow was smelly. No parking overall not suggested for anyone.

Small room & no any services provided. You can get good hotel at this price around mumbai central. Room is so small only space for one person's walking. Washroom lock is not working

The location is wonderful just near colaba market. The rooms could have been better maintained. The facilities were available and operational.

Room was very small not well maintained, bed sheets were not clean and they were very stinky. Did not enjoy our stay there.

I left the hotel just 2 hrs bcz of 3rd class service and hotel rooms and management. And there was something different about the photos uploaded. There was no staff in the hotel, i had to carry my luggage myself, there was no lift on the second floor.
