Kindly change the window glasses. The room is too bright during daytime.
Room ceiling started leaking when it started raining. Bed became wet. It became uncomfortable.

Hotel location is good, food service is not available.

No cleanliness, bed items are not yet washed.

Had booked this hotel since it was peak season n no other hotel I was getting near ville Parle. Hotel location is not that good. From outside you will not realize that it's a hotel. Our room was not ready even though we reached after the check-in time. No proper room services. Rooms were not so big but was ok if it's only for one person. Very very budget hotel but had to book for high price due to other hotels unavailability.

Morning we up call. No time punctuality.

Very bad experience, cockroach found in room and running on bed

Service was nice, good locations, bedsheets smelling like didn't washed for long time.

It seems to be a lodge, and rated stay, not hygienic.

The staff is very polite. The man who cleans the room is also very nice. They do exactly as requested. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the train and metro. The room I stayed in had some wall water leakage so they changed my room. Lovely stay.

Not at all good property, room was too small, no mobile connectivity, behavior of staff was bad, not at all recommend to stay, room was having water leakage also

Worst stay. Remote location. Very tiny rooms

Hotel room ends where start. No ventilation. Don't book room along with breakfast they just provide 2 slices of bread butter and tea and for this, they charge a lot. We faced an electricity issue, after which everything will be affected, even no water in the bathroom. Not satisfied with the price paid n what we actually got.

Good hotel, staff also good, breakfast included charged but breakfast food at charged rates very poor, so never include breakfast in room stay.

Staff is nice. The cleaner man is good. The hotel is in a small crowded lane behind the main Road market lane but exceeds all expectations against first impressions. The rooms are clean including the bathrooms and the cleaner man can be called to re clean if you are not satisfied. The bed is decorated nicely. One towel is already provided and more can be called for. Tissue paper rolls and soaps are also available. The hotel has no kitchen but they accommodate requests for small things such as maggi. Rest you can eat out or order, they provide menus for nearby places. As soon as you get out of the hotel there are many options for food. The hotel is hardly 1 minute walking distance from Andheri Station which is almost just opposite the Road. Amazing location. I stayed alone but felt safe. The rooms have physical bolts on the door for extra safety. Tata sky had is there with good quality TVs. I stayed here twice and will stay here again when I visit Mumbai. Very convenient, clean hotel that is amazingly well priced and is Worth the money. Worth the value paid for.

Small size rooms. In the mid of market place.

It is a nice place to be. Rooms are nice and neat. Hotel staff is also good. Room is very nice. Neat and clean, hotel staff is also very good.

Not happy with the stay, staff was rude and breakfast was not up to as expectation, rooms were small and room service was not quick we have to wait half hour for any service.
